Five-bed Wheatfields home shows big gain

WHEATFIELDS in Kilmoney Carrigaline, Co Cork, was launched to huge interest in late summer 2004.

A development by the Loftus family, the 14-acre scheme was offered in sites of between a half to a third of an acre, fully serviced, for around €240,000 apiece at the time.

Now, the last sites are making well in excess of €400,000 and the estate of one-offs is nearly completed.
