Owners appreciate rocketing Lindville values

PLANS by the land-owner for a further five houses in the upmarket Lindville development, on Blackrock Road in Ballintemple, Cork, to be built on a designated green area, have recently been shot down by Cork City Council.

This means the upmarket development is pretty much complete.

Lindville became a bit of a standard bearer for luxury house building in the southern city, with the first buyers making massive capital appreciation in a handful of years — although the builder quite spectacularly went to the wall.
