Newly up for sale in Cork’s Mount Oval Village, in Rochestown, is 53 Dewberry, a 1,950 sq ft five bed trader-up family home built a few years ago, but never occupied.

So it comes up for sale in as-new condition with estate agent Judy Doyle-Buckley of Eyeopener Properties based in Blarney, who reckons it was one of the last Dewberry section houses to be built in the almost finished 800-house O’Flynn Construction scheme.
