The €1.5 million sale last year of a five-bed house in The Paddocks on Maryborough Hill certainly gave more confidence to that micro-market.

Sean McCarthy, of ERA Downey McCarthy Murphy, who hit the €1.5 million mark last year is now back with his latest property, an extended four-bed at no 7 Tirol Close, The Paddocks.
