New year bid could turn corner

No 47 is on the market with Dennis Guerin of Frank V Murphy & Co, who seeks offers over €585,000. It had reached about €600,000 before hitting tangles. Indicating local values, the adjoining semi no 49 sold also last year for €635,000, just under the 9% stamp duty threshold.
