Bishopstown dream home — amen to that

GOLFERS may be familiar with the name of this house, Amen Corner, at Rossbrook, on Cork’s Model Farm Road.

Amen Corner refers to the 11th, 12th and 13th holes at Augusta National; the epithet was inspired by a jazz record called Shouting in the Amen Corner.

Despite the name, there’s no evidence of fanatical devotion to the small ball here. Just a nice, comfortable house in a nice, comfortable area of Bishopstown where there’s always huge demand.
