Bridgefield high-density development ideal location

Bridgefield is between the new and old road between Bishopstown and Ballincollig.

QUIET sales have already been taking place at Bridgefield, a new high-density development near Cork’s greyhound racing track and a technology park.

The development is between the new and old road between Bishopstown and Ballincollig, with bridge/flyover access to hand. There is now a crop of 108 residential units, both apartments, three-bed duplex houses and the odd four-bed house.

Developers are Bride View, who bought the site with planning in place for a contemporary design by Murray O Laoire Architects, and Bride View director Tom O’Keeffe is handling sales jointly with Irish and European.

Several homes have sold prior to any formal launch, and he is now selling another batch in Bridefield Court, price range from €385,000 for a one-bed of a mere 520 sq ft to three-bed of 1,2240 sq ft at €470,000, and a four-bed at €535,000.
