IF you were vague about Haig Gardens, here’s a chance to remedy the situation. Houses in this enclave, close to Cork city centre, rarely come up for sale.

No 15 was a rare arrival, and is just recently sale agreed at €320,000, just above the first-time buyers stamp duty threshold, and a nice bit above its initial €295,000 price guide via Property Choice.
