Growing interest in Gold Coast

Coastal property opportunities near Lisbon have come on the market.

Portugal’s Blue Coast, just south of Lisbon, is one area which is benefiting from increasing property prices in the Algarve. These high prices have ensured that people are looking further afield.

This is contributing to increased property related traffic in areas such as the Blue Coast and is a factor in the rapidly growing tourist numbers in the region. So much so, that it is considered by many to be the number one emerging tourist destination in Portugal, itself in the top three tourist and vacation property destinations in Europe. Indeed, for the first half of this year Portugal has been neck and neck with France in terms of interest from Irish buyers.
