Weave your own dream home in Crosshaven with stunning sea views
Over the next few weeks, the waters beneath will boil with the blazing sails and colours of yachts in Cork Week, as literally hundreds of craft will pass in front of this property, before the view settles down again for two more years of more regular shipping and yachting traffic. This Weaver’s Point home, built only two years ago, is one of a crop of sub- and million-plus homes to come up for sale in 2006, as Crosshaven ensconces itself further on the ‘desirable locations’ list: more development land is currently being sold there, zoning is in place for over 400 new homes, and O’Flynn Construction, who have developed the most significant scheme to date there, Brightwater, just last week sought permission for a further 204 units at Knocknagore.
However, the premium product for many, and the fastest appreciating, is the detached house on an individual site, and if there are sea views, so much the better... and the dearer the property.
