Quality pushes up value of 3, The Vale

THE uplift in property values in Ballincollig west of Cork city continues, thanks to the new bypass, shortage of new stock in Bishopstown and the new town centre.

But, irrespective of all those good reasons, the quality of house alone will see 3, The Vale in Coolroe Meadows selling in jig time, says Peter Skuse of Cahalane Skuse. He seeks €550,000 for the four-bed detached home and says the interior will satisfy the most fastidious of buyers.

“Since we’ve just started viewings, the word back is all positive,” he says.
