Victorian Glebe and sites on the markety

The agent for the sale of Glebe St Giles is Trevor Giles, who says there is no connection with his family company, William H Giles of Tralee.

The Victorian Glebe is now totally refurbished and is being offered for sale as part of a lot of properties that include a converted coach house and three 0.75 acres sites bounding the Shannow River.

The sites, with outline planning permission, are on offer at €50,000 each, a minor sum in comparison to more urban areas, and the two-bedroomed coachhouse on a quarter of an acre is going for offers over €90,000.
