MILLIONAIRE'S Row is what the locals call it - but Tisaxon Beg is the official townland name for this choice waterfront location in Kinsale, Co Cork.

Currently up for grabs in Tisaxon is The Moorings a waterfront property that, surprisingly, comes without its own dock.

This could be rectified, however, says selling agent Andrew Clarke of Keane Mahony Smith, by simply applying for planning permission.

The property, which includes a newish dormer bungalow with double garage and separate apartment on one acre, is on the market at €780,000.

Less than three miles from the town and with water frontage to the Bandon estuary, the Moorings has great views and an enviable location.

The estuary is navigable, says Mr Clarke, and buyers can sail upriver to local amenities.

Facing full south, the house has a lounge of 23' by 16', a sun lounge just slightly smaller, and a fully-fitted kitchen and utility.
