City project is right on track

BUSINESS users take the early train, and astute business looking to future prime locations in Cork will have an eye on the Kent Railway redevelopment and piggy-backing on the massive investment set to flow on the Horgan's Quay site rein.

A chance to pick up a business foothold on the city side of the rail station has come up with the move by process engineering and project management company DPS to the East Gate Business Park.

The company, which employs 250 people in Cork, Dublin and the Netherlands, is taking 10,000 sq ft at East Gate, where rents average €18 psf, in a deal negotiated by CB Hamilton Osborne King.
