Aylesbury will have double appeal

WHAT’s shaping up to be one of the poshest new housing estates in Waterford county will open this Saturday and Sunday at Dunmore East.

Aylesbury Heights will have three-bed detached houses starting at €370,000, rising to €650,000 for the five-bed, detached house type and just 16 units will be released this weekend.

Conor Purcell and Emma Swift of Purcell Properties will be on hand from 2-5pm on Saturday and Sunday, and they say the development will appeal to holiday home buyers as well as full-time residents.
