Aylesbury will have double appeal
Aylesbury Heights will have three-bed detached houses starting at €370,000, rising to €650,000 for the five-bed, detached house type and just 16 units will be released this weekend.
Conor Purcell and Emma Swift of Purcell Properties will be on hand from 2-5pm on Saturday and Sunday, and they say the development will appeal to holiday home buyers as well as full-time residents.
According to Conor Purcell, the scheme will have ‘an extraordinary high level of internal and external finish,’ and this will include underfloor heating, granite countertops and top quality fittings.
The developers of Aylesbury Point are Darjohn Developments of Bagnelstown, Co Carlow, who have The Lodge Court in Borris and The Grainstore in Bagnelstown to their credit. The design team are Aspris Architects.
Sizes range from 1,300 sq ft for the three-bed detached to 2,350 sq ft for the five-bed unit.
