Hillside House close to centre of Kinsale

KINSALE Lives has put a new focus on the Co Cork - in fact the TV series has cornered the market in soft-focus, long-lensed, seductive window-basketed photography.

One of the country’s top tourist spots over several decades, it is home to a couple of thousand inhabitants, rising to mutiples of this amount in high season.

And, Hillside House, on Kinsale’s Camphill is a home big enough to cope with swelling numbers. It is a large 1960s family home with lots of living space and, like more than a few other hospitable houses in the town, it has scope to take in PGs, paying guests.
