Landscaping a strong feature

SPECIAL attention to landscaping to reflect a country village setting is promised at a niche scheme of six four-bed semi detached homes at Curra Woods, in Riverstick - half way between Cork city and Kinsale.

Developers Hillback have gone on site at this hillside site on the Kinsale side of Riverstick, where serviced sites have cropped new homes and other new houses have been built by other developers.

Woodfield, with its six houses, is available through Pacelli Nolan of SWS Property Services, at prices of €225,000, or €250,000 for one with a sun room.

One house is already sold, and another is under offer.

Landscaping will include railway sleepers, bark mulch, shrubs and 7’ trees, and one house is going to have a deck to maximise its site potential, she says.

Design is by local Kinsale architect Richard Rainey, and layout includes living room, opening to a kitchen/dining area across the back, utility, guest loo, four bedrooms one with ensuite, main bathroom and showers are specially sealed with fibreglass by Carrigaline based Pat O’Neill for worry-free splashing around in.

House sizes are 1,250 sq ft and there are PC sums for kitchen, fireplace, utility and tiling, and woodgrain PVC windows are standard.
