Tommy Barker reports on a semi with stunning views of Cork Harbour that straddles late Victorian andEdwardian design periods and comes with a guide price of €350,000.

The Victorian style semi-detached home is up for sale with a €350,000 price tag, and the stunning views of the harbour, Spike Island, maritime comings all come for free.

Outdoor decking has been a fashion trend in the last five years; while there are some sites it's all but wasted on, Ardnalee is a case where the setting calls for the metaphorical boat to be pushed out at.

The house dates to about 1910, according to estate agent Johanna Murphy, so it straddles late Victorian and Edwardian design periods, and has a double height bay window to the front topped with a neat finial.
