Detached house to benefit from Ballincollig renewal

THE Greenfields development on the Killumney road in Cork has a mix of a large number of one-off houses built on serviced sites, plus a good swathe of houses built by developers O’Flynn Construction.

Up for sale there at the moment is 58 Woodberry, Greenfields, a four-bed detached house on what its selling agents say is one of the best sites in the scheme.

It has about 1,500 sq ft of space, the rear faces south and west, there is quite a large back garden and the back faces over a green area which keeps the whole site feeling nice and open and bright, says Malcolm Tyrrell of Cohalan Downing auctioneers.
