Reendesert Lodge may prove an inviting investment for top UK stars

THE West Cork property market is working its wonders again, with reports of several sporting and television celebrities on the viewing trail and even on the brink of purchases.

Two UK-based TV presenters (following perhaps in the footsteps of the BBC’s director general Greg Dyke who acquired a Co Cork pad a few years ago) and one major UK sports figure are currently looking at West Cork bases.

Last week’s featured property, Creek Lodge in Castletownbere, has already created a stir in the as-yet undisclosed ranks of the rich and famous (so keep watching these pages, folks) while a TV celebrity is being linked to a multi-million euro purchase in the offing on the West Cork coastline.
