Trendy city apartments selling out

LIVING in a trendy apartment block in a prime southside suburb sounds appealing.

Two of the eight apartments currently being built at Temple Hill, a few minutes walk from Ballintemple village in Cork, have already been snapped up.

Situated on the site of the old Temple Hill House, the apartment complex comprises two and three bed units. Prices start from 245,000 for the two bed ground floor apartments and go up to 335,000 for the three bed units upstairs with agent Don Murphy.

The three bed 1,100 sq ft apartments, which are being developed by Murphy Construction Carrigtohill, look more like town houses. They consist of a lounge, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
