Take your pick in an area that’s selling well

TWO three-storey houses are on the market this week on College Rd in Cork city and another property, in the same location, has been sold for a sum believed to be well in excess of its guide price of €500,000.

The Lodge, Brookfield, only on the market since late January, has been bought in trust and the identity of the purchaser is unknown.

Selling agent Billy Casey of Casey and Kingston, has refused to comment on the sale.
