Top-of-the-range Grange Manor homes ready in booming Ballincollig

WHILE Co Cork buyers were queuing up for new houses in the Ballincollig Barracks site last week, the last phase in Grange Manor was being readied for market.

Both schemes bookend the rise and rise of the western suburban town.

Grange Manor is at the tail end of its building life, with around 40 houses left to go, while 'Old Quarter, with a total of 800 houses in a number of different schemes, is just at the beginning.
