The cheapest homes in the country?

YOU won’t find many new houses in Ireland starting at €140,000, says Conor Slattery of Coolfadda Developments, who are currently building in Moyvane, Co Kerry.

The cheapest homes in the country?

The company director is even quietly confident that he's selling some of the cheapest houses in the country including a furniture package.

Bruach Na Gaile is just outside Listowel and the first phase of a 145-house development has just been released.

Three bedroomed semis and townhouses come fully equipped with white goods, are painted and include floor coverings, making them an excellent package for first-time buyers, or second homes.

Close to Ballybunion and in a good location in north Kerry, Bruach na Gaile is within commuting distance of Tralee, and Listowel and Tarbert are five miles away.

Coolfadda is releasing 42 houses in the first phase of Bruach na Gaile.
