This weekend, a showhouse opens at the Glanmire scheme, Woodville. Set behind Dunkettle House, with valley and harbour views to the east and west, this three-phase scheme centres around the period Woodville House, and is being developed by Rossdale Enterprises.

The contemporary architecture will help sell the remaining detached homes, and serve as a calling card for the Courtyard, the next phase of terraced townhouses also being launched today.
