Modern talking with a twist in the design

THIS modern house at Drumgullane East, near Kinsalebeg in west Waterford, is close to Youghal and also within commuting distance of Dungarvan and Cappoquin.

With 2,400 sq ft of space and a design that’s not quite standard, the house is ready to go, says Ms Caples.

All internal joinery is in pine, including a Shaker kitchen, and there are phone points in every room with high-speed internet access. Plumbing is also up to spec with a zoned and thermostatically controlled heating system.

There are three reception rooms on the ground floor: a living room, sitting room and dining room which come with good wooden floors. The kitchen comes with a larder unit and central island as well as a separate utility. A guest WC is also included.
