Brothers launch new scheme

THREE brothers from the village of Ballydehob are about to launch their first major development in Frankfield this week.

Westbrook Construction Ltd, who are Sean, Matt and Connie O’Sullivan, are currently building 22 apartment units at Curraghconway Court in Frankfield on the site of a former garden centre.

With a limited number of apartments available due to pre-launch sales, the development has new two-bedroomed units on offer at €220,000.

This is a good opportunity for first time buyers or investors to purchase high quality units, says Dave Hogan of Oakridge Auctioneers, who is marketing Curraghconway.

Located on the Ballycurreen Road, beside the Curragh Woods estate, the completion date for the new units is June 2004.

Just a few minutes walk from the local shop and close to the Kinsale roundabout and Link Road this is a well-located development, which also comes with high views over the city.

Curraghconway has two separate blocks which come with a mixture of units: block A has four, two bedroomed apartments, four three bed duplexes and a townhouse.

Block B comes with six, two-bed ground floor apartments, six, three-bed duplex apartments and a townhouse. The two bed ground floor apartments have dimensions of 640 square feet each and come with an entrance porch, Kitchen/Living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and garden to the rear.

The duplex apartments are considerably larger with 1130 sq ft, divided over two floors with a hallway, kitchen/living room, dining room and bathroom on one level and three bedrooms, with master ensuite, and a main bathroom on the second level.

The townhouses have 780 sq ft of space and come with a hallway, kitchen/living room, dining room, two bedrooms, a main bathroom and guest cloakroom.

All units come fully finished with gas heating and two car parking spaces.

All external groundwork will be completed and electronic security gates will be in place, as well as a management company.
