Landmark property could be a good catch

THIS property is a famous landmark for the bucket and spade brigade who visit the West Cork village of Roscarbery village, rain, hail or shine, (and usually the former).

The Angler’s Rest faces onto the lagoon and has gardens with precious frontage onto the water. Its carefully tended gardens has also proved an attraction for children who visit the playground next door and there’s always some curiosity to catch the eye.

In fact the property, or properties to be more correct, are unusual in that they have remained the same throughout the years, despite the changes around them.
