LOCATED in Colla, the ‘D4’ of Schull, this modern holiday home is on the market because the owners “just don’t get time to use it”, says the selling agent, Stephen O’Keeffe, of James Lyons O’Keeffe Auctioneers.

“It’s seriously in need of new owners: the vendors fought off several strong bidders for the site and then battled with architects and builders to produce their dream house,” says Mr O’Keeffe.
