THE RIGHT operator moving into this prime bar in Kilkenny city could generate an extremely good turnover, says auctioneer Peter McCreery about Jim Hollands and Maggies which front on to both High Street and Kieran Street.

Held by four generations of the Holland/Pembroke families, this is a GAA pub in a county that bred one of Ireland's best hurlers DJ Carey.
