Demand is always strong in this popular suburb

THE completion of the new maternity wing at CUH is seeing an uplift in property prices in the surrounding area, says estate agent Peter Skuse, and demand for rental accommodation is always strong because of the proximity of the hospital.

Mr Skuse is selling a three/four bedroomed townhouse at 208 Eagle Valley, Wilton, and is quoting a guide price of €305,000 the going price as his firm recently sold a similar property at this level.

The house has an outstanding, big back garden and, with the proliferation of new developments in the area, could eventually have pedestrian access to Bishopscourt Shopping Centre, even though the main entrance is off the Sarsfield Road in Wilton.
