In-fill homes priced at €600,000 each
An in-fill, inner suburban scheme of four new houses has cropped up in the former gardens of an older dwelling called Ban Ard, on a cul de sac avenue called Hartlands Road.
The location is at the city end of Glasheen Road, so Cork’s main urban streets are just a mile away, while the Lough and UCC are familiar local landmarks.
Dubbed Hartlands Mews, the four new builds, two sets of semis, are new to the market with estate agent Hugh McPhillips of Marshs, who guides them at €600,000-plus apiece.
Knockrea Developments went for different house types in each block of two houses.
Two on the entrance are three-storey each, with a large top floor master bedroom. These houses each have two en suite bathrooms and a total floor area of 1,400 sq ft. The next two inside houses are two storeys tall, also four bedroomed with one en suite, and floor areas here are slightly smaller, 1,360 sq ft.
Builders are Malrose Ltd.
