THE CALIFORNIA of Europe is how the Spanish government see the Costa del Sol developing over the next few years.

They have allocated funds to build the infrastructure in the south of Spain, considering that they expect 1.4 million families to re-locate there in the coming years.

That’s according to Paul Egan of Dreamlife Properties who are holding a property exhibition, tomorrow in the Silversprings Moran Hotel in Cork.

Running from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm, the company are aiming specifically at the Irish market and have properties on offer from €125,000 upwards.

Now that there are three regular flights per week from Cork, getting to your apartment/villa or finca, (building plot) is easy, says Egan.

As an Irish auctioneer in Spain, he feels he’s well placed to deal with the particular demands of Irish customers and says they have a range of properties to offer.
