THIS house has to have one of the nicest settings in the Blarney area, and it should only get better.

On the route of an amenity walk to Waterloo, Putland Lodge is a stone-fronted dormer that sits on a site bounded by the River Martin. Woodland forms a backdrop at the rear and the new walk is just in front of its walls.

A quiet area, it’s still close to the village and the North Link road, giving a fast commute to the city.
