THE auctioneer bills it, Carlsberg-ad style, as "possibly the smallest house in Kinsale" and at just 11' wide, it is about two-thirds the length of his E-class Mercedes.

With less than 400 sq ft in all to play around with, 2 Bandon Road in the heart of Kinsale is definitely a contender for the "smallest in town" award.
