Final phase of Clonakilty scheme launched

Sixteen three-bedroom townhouses are on offer in the third phase of the Fernhill Woods development.

THE third and final phase of the Fernhill Woods scheme in Clonakilty is being launched at the moment after the first two phases sold out in weeks.

Selling agent Henry O’Leary of Property Partners Henry O’Leary has 16 townhouses on offer ranging from €345,000 for a mid-terrace three-bed to €355,000 for a end of terrace property.

There are 42 properties in total in the entire scheme, which has a range of three and four-bedroom houses and semis on the western end of Clonakilty.

A walk to town and near the new Dunnes Stores shopping centre, these houses are ideal for owner/occupier and investors, says Mr O’Leary.

The developer is Dave Dwyer, who has completed a residential and marina scheme in Baltimore. The architects are PRC, Cork.

The latest phase also has a showhouse, which can be viewed by appointment and at weekends.
