Prime Kinsale sites on the market

TWO prime sites, one in Kinsale and one in an established estate in south Cork city, should stir a good bit of interest in the early autumn market.

And for the innocent bystanders, the guide prices, particularly of the Charles Fort site, which hits the ground running at €650,000, might seem a bit rich, but hey - it’s Kinsale.

The site comes with planning for a 2000 square foot, detached bungalow with views over the harbour and town. Starting at the guide, it shouldn’t be hard to do something really nice with an extra €500,000 or so, which would just about keep up with the neighbours. Two, million euro houses down the road, have at least one multi-millionaire owner who helicopters home from work.
