Smart design and smart location has scheme selling fast

SMART design by architect Arnold Leahy and a location just off Charleville’s main street, has made Orchard Heights a fast-selling new scheme.

“The reaction to the new development has been very good,” says selling agent William Lyons, “and viewers are very impressed. All house types are nice-looking houses and would suit owner-occupiers or investors.

Developers are McDonovan Developments and they plan a 92-house scheme of three, four and five-bed detached over a phased period, with the first tranche of houses now on offer.
