Planning for large home on Camp site

HEATING up nicely and just over a week on the market is a 1.75 acre site at Mountoven, on the Camp side of Tralee.

There are three active bidders, says Pat Crean of Sherry FitzGerald O’Connell and a bid has been made of €250,000, close to the asking price of €300,000.

The site comes free of any restrictive covenants and has planning for a 3,000 sq ft storey and a half residence.
