Strong bidding expected for spacious home

NO 1 The Village Green is in good company. The selling agents of this 1990s-built home last week sold the nearby Greenbanks, the former family home of the late musician Rory Gallagher, for close on €2.9 million at private auction.

By comparison, this new and neighbouring market arrival might seem a bit of a snip at €875,000, though, of course, it isn’t on a private acre with Douglas estuary and Mahon Golf Course frontage and views.
