Rosscarbery residence ideal as a holiday home or full-time home

ONE of a trio of similarly-sized large houses built four years ago on the main West Cork route skirting Rosscarbery is up for sale.

And, although the €575,000 property has planning permission for use as a B&B and has five of its six bedrooms en suite, it is most likely going to be bought for private residential usage - either as a holiday home or as a full-time residence.

That’s according to John Hodnett of SWS Property Services who has his finger very much on the local pulse - after all, he sold two €500,000 properties to second-home hunters in the vicinity earlier this year.
