Keen interest likely in new Bandon town development

BANDON town has a new development of 16 houses just launched on Watergate Street.

Silversprings, so called because of a freshwater spring on the site, is just a 100 yards from the town’s bridge in a really convenient location.

Prices start at €205,000 for a 3-bed mid terrace rising to €215,000 for a three bedroomed semi: the end terrace houses come in at €210,000.
