Sea views make Church Bay property very desirable

THERE’S good money to be had for daily commutable Cork houses in and around Crosshaven, and the million euro barrier has been breached again in recent weeks.

A ‘sale agreed’ in the woodland Brookwood scheme of large one-offs above the estuary Carrigaline-Crosshaven Road saw an unconfirmed €1. 3 million paid for a 3,000 sq ft home on a 1.25 acre site.

While that sale (with Property Choice) had a lot going for it, the house didn’t have a sea view.
