Prime site sale boost for area of growth

CORK satellite towns are coming of age, and a site sale in booming Carrigaline will pave the way forward for a major mixed development to secure the town’s viability for decades to come.

Just hitting the market in the last week is a prime, central site of 26 acres which has been rezoned in the new County Development Plan.

Although smaller than Ballincollig's 100-acre barrack site, which is set to transform the county's other major satellite town, it too is likely to have a dramatic impact on the changing the face of Carrigaline.
