Set under the leafy boughs of old oaks and beeches, this 12-year-old house was built on the grounds of Pinehurst, a large period residence in Cork’s salubrious Castle Road, at Blackrock.

Despite being over 10-years-old, this property has all the must-have extras of the moment, including a separate dressing room and ensuite in the master bedroom and a huge galleried hallway from the enclosed entrance portico.
