This is a far cry from the price that it would command were it near to Cork city or Waterford city.

“The interest in this home has been huge”, according to Billy Gallagher of Sherry Fitzgerald Hennessy.

“It has already achieved the asking price and I would anticipate that it will exceed it,” he added.

Inside the bungalow is typical of many of its kind which were built in the late 1970s and is in need of some modernisation. There is a living room and a separate dining room cum kitchen. There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

What would greatly enhance Tearmann would be to add a large glass conservatory to the gable end of the property to maximise the sunshine and sea views.
