New scheme offers good prices in Cloyne

CHERRY VALE in Cloyne, Co Cork, is a new 36-house scheme by William Savage Construction which offers a mix of two and three bedroom townhouses, three bed semi-detached and three detached houses on a site of four acres, which means plenty of greenery for new buyers.

New scheme offers good prices in Cloyne

This scheme follows on the company’s previous development at Woodview, Saleen, which were very well received, says David Hogan of Oakridge Estates who’s handling the sale of Cherry Vale.

The new houses will appeal to first-time buyers, he says, as they start at €200,000, or to investors as capital appreciation is good in Cloyne and prices are still lower than Midleton, which is a five minute drive away.
