Canny investors will snap this up
THE investor tide could be about to turn, even on UCC's doorstep in Cork city. In the last decade, a house like 4 Ardeevin on Connaught Avenue would have been snapped up by canny investors, eyeing up five bedrooms so close to Cork's largest third level institution.
However, with the huge surge in supply of Section 50 purpose-built accommodation in the last year, there's certain to be an oversupply of rental stock in the coming years, particularly as student numbers are at a peak and set to tail off slightly.
