Viewers vying to see Model Farm Road property

IT mightn’t be the biggest or the brashest house on the Model Farm Road area, but Mount Nephin has got off to a flying start since it hit the market last weekend.

Thirty viewings for this four-bed detached were lined-up by Monday for TJ Cronin of Irish and European and he’s had an offer of €700,000 already.

Which means settling on a guide price might also be too late, as bidding has already begun at around the starting point.
