Take your pick of two units

TWO two-beds in two attractive developments in Midleton, Co Cork, are a good investment, says selling agent Lawrence Sweeney of Global Properties.

Number 5, The Courtyard, and number 30, The Millhouse, are both in sister developments at the Millrace.

This is a very attractive scheme which bounds the Owenacurra River and is just off the town centre. More importantly for commuters, it’s also off the main Midleton/Cork road and has a host of good amenities to hand, not least the new shopping centre on the old Cork Mart’s site in the town.

Both first-floor units are in good condition and well-maintained, says Mr Sweeney.

What should also make them attractive is the asking price: €175,000 for No 5, and €170,000 for No 30.
